hello everyone, i'm a new here, can i ask you, what is this? its kind of filter not lens, how to use it

Its a close-up lens. You attach it to a lens (like a filter) to permit closer focus. Its like shooting through a magnifying glass.

These are measured in diopters - this looks like a +1.25

Modern ones are generally sold in sets of +1, +2, +4, etc.

It looks like it may be a 37mm thread.

thanx 4 d answer, and how do i use it for canon eos camera? any adapter or something?, coz it size 37 mm, and i never see adapter or step up ring with this size.

You're probably going to need a step-down ring for that one..

B&H would be a good place to start, as you can narrow down the adapter by sizes.
