I did try to save adaptall-2.com because it went to down. I did pay hosting fee from donations , but now not working due domain name expired too. I did purchase adaptall-2.org and I upload adaptall-2.com content to over there. Hopefully Google will recognize changes soon, please visit adaptall-2.org a few times per day to help change.

Is the "Adaptall" and "Adaptall-2" lenses (non-SP) suppose to be empty? |

Also, since the site is plastered with MEM-TEK copyright notices, adaptall-2.org should probably have its start page changed. I would think that the following would be appropriate:
* Acknowledge the hard work of the original site creator
* Describe the situation of Adaptall-2.com going down, being unable to contact the owner, paying the hosting fees while still trying to contact the owner, restarting the site as Adaptall-2.org, links to other forums discussing the owner's disappearance, etc.
* Ask that anyone who knows the original owner contact Attila
"Orphaned works" are a subject of much debate in copyright law... but doing due diligence in contacting the original owner (which you already have done, but should continue to do) would put it in a much better situation should the original site owner come back and for some reason not be happy with what has been done. _________________ Sigma DP1, Nikon D40 (hers ), Polaroid x530, Pentax P30t, Pentax P50, (P30t/P50 K-A to Nikon F body mount conversion)

I still wait for Marcus (owner) so I didn't want to make any significant changes for a while. If he will not showing up , perhaps content will be redesigned and modified. _________________ -------------------------------

I did some Googling... apparently it has a beam splitter and its own fully contained AF system. The lens required batteries, and the camera didn't know anything about it - so any standard Adaptall-2 mount could be used.
Interestingly enough, one of the information sources I found was an old version of MFLenses.

I own a number of Tamron lenses but had never heard of this one before coming across it at a car boot sale. From memory I think I paid £20 for it. _________________ "I've got a Nikon camera, I like to take a photograph" - Paul Simon |
