Looks like it doesnt have any aperture or focusing ring.. maybe, its an x-ray lens?

Were you seeing the pictures in the ebay auction? It certainly has an aperture ring, and you can see the iris diaphragm inside it as well.

Not sure on the focusing ring... it does have a second grooved ring, which could be a focusing ring, or could also just be a grip for a screw-on mount adapter (something similar in function to a T-mount).
