I would not advise looking at the mount unless it is the last resort....I never found where the spring reattached 
Did you set your aperture to the smallest (F16.) then push the "ears"?Just asking the dumb questions as sometimes we forget to do the simple things first ( I have done this also )

In this case 99% sure it is broken or require cleaning, it is stuck wide open.

OM lenses can stick open if the mount has been removed and the mechanism is "pinched" when it is re-installed... a quick test would be to just loosen (not remove) the screws for the mount, and then re-try the aperture ring and the button on the side.
