I really do not know when it was published exactly, sometime in the '20s. I've asked about it somewhere else, maybe somebody will know.
I have more like this but i cannot post them here Smile

Maurice (http://www.photomemorabilia.co.uk) was kind enough to explain how to spot the publishing date: on the last page there is a small A37. “A” stands for the first month, January, and 37 stands for, obviously, 1937. So, to answer you question, my captain, the book was published in January 1937! Smile
