i seem to recall that something similar had lens like helios 40 but with iris removed, if it's same case here you would have lens that would be constantly wide open, good for night time not so much for daytime photography
ask the seller which mount it is, because what he stated in the ad is filter diameter _________________ my tools:Oly E-M5 + 45mm/1.8 + Oly E-520 + 12-60 + 14-42 + 70-300 + Sigma 105mm + FL-50R + EC20 + SRF-11 ring flash

So far, there are more cyclop lenses that DON'T work on cameras than those that do. Most have a greatly simplified optical design which includes a large protruding rear element. _________________ Sigma DP1, Nikon D40 (hers ), Polaroid x530, Pentax P30t, Pentax P50, (P30t/P50 K-A to Nikon F body mount conversion)

I think is quite easy to identify the right ones because of shape and inscriptions
The right one looks like this

The one on the ebay picture looks like the 85 1.2, useless, do not buy it

has protounding rear element, maybe you can use it with extension tubes but optics are not the same as helios 40
I would buy it if it came cheap for pseudo macros
Pd- You can see comparison with other lenses here
