Hi, i have an ebay ID (aguadeloco) and i used so far just to buy some stuff. Im thinking about selling, but im kinda lost, specially when i heard that paypal Perú doesnt allow me to do some stuff.
Any good samaritans out there?

You're probably going to have to work that one out for yourself... there isn't much that any of us can do, as only you have access to your account to know the particulars.

If your account is restricted, PayPal usually does a very good job of explaining why, and explaining how to fix it. If not, they have phone numbers that you can call for help, where you can open up a case and get a case number for resolving the issue.

Beyond that, understand that while people regularly act as shipping relays for other members, it is extremely risky for a member to act as a payment relay. Should anything go wrong, they can become an accessory to fraud, which has all kinds of legal implications up to and including jail time.

few times ago Paypal blacklist my country (Indonesia) because of crime in internet. but many users from here struggle to convinced Paypal to trust us. and now they trust.
maybe you should convince Paypal to trust you.
