Wow! Some REALLY nice shots overall!

Bill, you seem to be MARRIED to macro imagery. Your skill at making great compositions within the macro world is evident. I always look forward to your posts.

Csaba369 and soikka, beautiful shots, love the comps and the smooth
bokeh in both your posts!

Ron, Larry, and Orio, thanks fellas, but there's lots of people here that
do great close-up/macro photos. I love seeing Klaus' and Scott's work,
stunning macros!

I got the little Fuji for $69 off the bay, refurbed, but am impressed with
the picture quality. I heard somewhere that Fuji made lenses for Hassie,
dunno if that is true, but the lens on this little guy seems to be a great
performer.

Looking forward to more photos! Orio, come on, where's that apple blossom
with the Macro-Planar, or any of a number you have in your vault? Laughing

Laurence, I love that bleeding heart shot, superb!

Gazania as a bee (may) see it....

the pure UV shot:

and what we humans (only) see:

[...notice the white ring inside, the white petal tips, the lit up pollen and the overall much higher detail structure...]

Here are a few I took yesterday with a Pentacon 50mm f1.8; this must be one of the older versions; single coated, knurled focus ring, looks like a Tak, no A/M switch, but with a DoF checker.

Trademark "Crazykeh"

Still seems soft to me at f2.8, but it could be motion blur/camera shake. It was getting dark and I wasn't in a comfortable position when I took this Smile

All in all, cute lens, but my Pentacon Electric MC 50mm f1.8 still tops it in performance.

Nesster, that is one of the prettiest rose shots I've ever seen. Doesn't
mean we're going steady, tho. Laughing Excellent work!
