As requested, this is the lens fully extended to include the hood. For comparision I shot it with my Canon 400/5.6 with it's hood extended.



Here it is with the shoulder stock, I have to use that with a remote cord to fire the camera. I want to make some mods to the stock to make it more user friendly.

Superb shots - especially the Egrets.

It must be one of the lbest drainpipes produced.

James, these are fabulous! What a great representation of this fine lens. Such a SIMPLE construction, but what a beauty!

Doug and Piotrek, your images simply codify the elegance and timbre of the lenses in use.
