Does any body know where to find metal shims to use with full frame focusing screens (5D in particular)?

Ebay search did not seem to bring up anything for me.

Why don't you try first with fine strips of transparent tape ? That's what is usually recommended.

OK it seems I am unable to find them on Ebay or in online stores.
Could any of you guys with better search skills than me please see if you can find some for sale anywhere (preferably Europe) ?

Someone on this list must have them or be able to get them. http://tinyurl.com/canon-camera-service-italy I doubt that Canon will sell direct.
