Here a shot, which shows an older and two younger Rudbeckia hirta flowers with different UV reflection (360nm region = yellow, but in the 385nm region = violet)

Looks like a violent plant with those color tones, a bit frightening Smile

Amazing to see how nature uses the same maturation scheme in flowers, fruits, and final individuals.
Kind of makes it very difficult to believe that this is all casual.
