Remember that in the "visit" thread I mentioned that I got a wonderful Spotmatic SPII from Peter. The first roll is back. Here are some snaps:

Marburg, view from the castle | Peter's Flek 4/20 | Kodak CN400BW

Marburg castle | Peter's Flek 4/20 | Kodak CN400BW

Peter, talking to my wife, Niki | Takumar 1.4/50 | Kodak CN400BW

This Spotty works so well! Definitely my favourite film SLR now!

Nice shots, Carsten!. The pictures are very nice, fine balance between contrast and detail, well composed, telling a story...
I love also the spottie...

Jes.

They always were good cams and those two lenses complement it well.

Great news and nice pics. Did the whole roll turn out OK or just these three? Smile

Anyway, I'm pleased it's OK. Let's not forget this camera is using a modern 1.55v silver oxide cell (Energizer 387S) thanks to the diode which Jes sent me. Thanks Jes, glad to see you back too - shame we didn't bump into each other in Germany Smile

Each of the photos is great, perfectly exposed!
The others show our kids.

I don't know, I'd rather find a Zuiko 3.5/21 to be honest, although Peter's Flek was great to shoot with.

The lenses and cameras are all in the pushchair, poilu, complete with a sunshade to keep them cool. You can't see the mobile dehumidifier in this shot. The kids had to walk of course.

The funny thing is that Peter saw how I really carry my gear, in a backpack and a waistbag.
It wasn't too bad, was it, Peter?
