I made a panoramic photographic report of one evening and one morning in Horst (unless you're Belgian you're not likely to know this place). I show some panoramas taken at Sunset (D80, Nodal Ninja 3, Nikkor 50mm f/2). I don't show the panoramas taken at Sunrise, since they all have been made with a 16-85mm VR lens (albeit in MF mode). If you want to see, take a look at my zenfolio-site.

Late evening view of the Castle

The Sun is getting lower quickly

Surroundings are perceived in warmer colours

And it will not be long anymore before the warm red is transformed into a cold blue

Time to go home for dinner Very Happy

Almost like the Monet series of the cathedral of Rouen!

Nice series, I really love the very deep DOF.

Beautiful. Looks to be very old.

Excellent series. Was the castle originally totally surrounded by water?

Nice place ! Looks like Havré's castle, near Bergen, Henewougen (albeit in much better shape).

It was not built as a water castle originally, but it was added still during medieval times.
