Yes Arkku, I think same way as you...
So this would all be kind of HDR:
done with a Lee medium ND grad:
done with a DRI lightroom plugin combinig 3 exposures:
manually blendig 2 exposures with 1 1/3LV differece ...
manually blending 3 differently exposed panoramas ...
