I have this 35 mm 'folder' from last year.
The lens was foggy but after a clean it looks spectacular Smile

Metered with an old ikophot meter Shocked

This is with expired Fuji Pro 160S C41 film.
Lab processing and scan - no adjustment made to the files.

I'm quite pleased with the result it's even nicer than i've expectred.

Thanks for the good words.

Not all pictures are on perfect focus and metering with this camera but they look nicer than pictures i did with Contax g - not so sharp but just better.

wow, I have this same camera (it has been my father's in the 50ies) with this Xenar. But the lens is not clean. I will send it for a CLA and hope it is not fungus. The lens is uncoated I think?
Nice pics btw!

Mine lens was milky too - I guess the oil evaporates and settles onto glass.
After a cleaning and service it looks very nice. The lens should be uncoated but i haven't noticed problem with that even in a strong sunlight. Almost all the shots are successful - i only got 1-2 from 36 with not exact focus Smile

According to the serial number the Xenar on My camera is made between 1948-1949

What can i ad, rarely with digital you see such good skin colour, i mean the pic is under saturated a bit, yet the skin colour is so natural and "helaty" looking, difficult to explain it with words.
