The technique was: to wait till a bird was flying into the frame which I just wanted to include to my whole panorama - shooting - going to the next frame - feeding the birds again - shooting - next frame etc... about 25 frames. Hole process was about 10 minutes of feeding, shooting, waiting ...

But as you already mentioned, the clounds are changing, whenever also not too much at this day.
Problematic of course are the Airplane-stripes etc. which change very fast, some stamping was necessary there.
In general: my stiching software did alredy a very good job removing "double images" and renderd the sky quite reasonable together,
there was only about 1 hour post processing done in PhShp. for the final result.
