I like St-paul de Vence a lot.
Did you see the Maeght foundation with Giacometti, Matisse, Picasso's scuptures paintings (and a lot of other beautiful peaces of art) ?

Your second one is fantastic !
How long did he stay staring in the dark ? Very Happy

I visited the Foundation - that was the main target of the trip - and loved it.
The whole area there is spectacular, i especially like Grasse. Luckily it's not too far from where I live (3-4 hours drive) so I can go there quite often.

Thanks! He did stay quite a bit: we were in Patagonia, in peninsula Valdes, on a boat to see whales. When we met the first ones i heard someone speaking italian, I turned around, and saw him.

Super Wide Heliar 4.5/15 on Ricoh GXR M

in Vietnam there are still many professional photographers around using analog cameras at sites, beaches, wherever local tourist go, prints get delivered in less than 30 minutes

both S-M-C Takumar on Pentax K-x

due to handphones their numbers is declining though

Snapshot Skopar 4/25 on Ricoh GXR M

Super Wide Heliar 4.5/15 on Ricoh GXR M

in no other place than in Vietnam I have seen so many pros out in the open, Sundays in certain parks or places one can watch groups of wedding photographers doing their job, they use digital Wink

Found some more. I too like taking pictures of people taking pictures. This group of shots was taken a couple or three years ago. I was shooting film -- Kodak Elite Chrome 100 -- through my trusty old Canon F1. The lens I used were a Canon 85mm f/1.2 SSC Aspherical and a Tamron 24mm f/2.5.

This one was taken back in 1985 or so. Fujichrome 100. Camera/lens combo were probably an F1 with a Vivitar S1 28-90/2.8-3.5.

Both of the following were taken at Venice Beach, CA, during the late 1980s. Kodachrome 64, Canon F-1, Vivitar S1 28-90.
