It really is an obnoxious list. I think it is time for me to trim some items I don't use. Larry the MX I like because of small size, simple led meter, and what I call a cinamaplex viewfinder. IT's HUGE!! Shocked

35/2 AIS Nikkor is a great lens but the Mir24N is incredibly close in performance and available pretty cheaply... Wink

Some months ago I have bought a pre-AI Nikkor-O 2.0/35 from Orio. This is a fantastic lens!
I also can recommend the Leica Elmarit-R 2.8/35 or the MIR-1B 2.8/37, even if they "only" offer f2.8.
And for anybody who thinks that f3.5 is enough, the Asahi SMC Takumar 3.5/35 is a great (and very small) alternative.

Takumar 28mm 3.5 was worst wide-angle in my hands, not recommended.
