A very nice set of photographs Lena. My 44M-4 and it's big brother the 135mm are my two favourite manual lenses.

Yes, focusing problems are present in this photo... that's because the photo was taken at f/2 BEFORE I had a focusing screen installed on my canon 550D!

I am surprised that I was only that much not in perfect focus shooting with the default canon screen! Smile

That last picture was really-really mean! Was that meant for pixel-peepers?

Anyway, posting two pictures from my Helios 44-2, still fresh - under testing, but I have good feelings about this lens!
All pictures are cropped, the last one, the cat had to be downsized to 60% of original size to fit 1800 pixels (after crop it was around 2900x2000)
