These are some shots taken the past week-end with the Zorki-4 that Peter kindly sent to me.

These three ones are the making of a "paella".

#1, #2, #3

#4 A Balinese temple that my sister-in-law has bought to be used as a workshop for her ceramic handicrafts

#5 Phana, the queen of the house

#6 The covered terrace where we spent most of the time

#7 The umbrellas at the entrance door

The remaining ones, helping my brother in fixing the watering, everybody was collaborating, although some preferred to use mechanical means to walk the farm...

Film used, SENSIA 200. Maybe too high ISO for such a sunny day.
The camera is a joy to use, much better than the FED-2.
I'm afraid it will keep an important place on my backbag....

Peter, thanks again for allowing me to enjoy that nice experience.

Jes.

Lovely reportage of a day in Spain countryside!

Sigh... it's since the last time I have been there that I dream to eat again a paella like the one that the mad torero in Palamòs cooked for me... Rolling Eyes

Fabulous Jes. I was worried about the infinity calibration of the lens, but it looks spot-on! Wow, I feel so relieved! I can't believe you took these great pictures with this little camera that was in so many bits on my desk a few weeks ago! Very Happy

Brings back old times.

When all the relatives would get together Christmas, New Year, etc., they would bring out the huge paellera.

Makes me homesick for Manila.

Nice camera !

Great shots, Jes! Does Spain have IKEA stores? Curious.

Some good shots with a great camera - no wonder they have a following. Prices will rise now as thousands chase them.

Curious, here the paella is mainly a summer dish Smile.
We associate it with beach and summer holidays (although is made all year).
By Christmas and year end we use to have turkey or cod fish....

It's a nice place, my brother had a clear idea of what he wanted when built the house... We use to go there a couple of times per year, and the most difficult moment is when one has to come back home.

Big apologies to everybody!

My brain must be suffering from age, the cheap Fuji film that I use for testing is not SENSIA but SUPERIA.
Ive notice it when cleaning the film box, there were some empty boxes and some full, and all of them were SUPERIA 200...

I'm so sorry!. Maybe these names are synonimes inside my brain.

Jes.
