The highest mountain in the Netherlands:
Pietersberg - Maastricht - Limburg

They're quarrying "Mergel" there which is used to make cement.

Really a terrible monster!
I did see however a very interesting TV program about a man building an eco-sustaineable house in Holland. That was very interesting and creative!
From the materials, to the air conditioning system, everything was eco-sustaineable.
I wish this culture of house building could expand here too, instead of the ground exploitation and mafia-driven building speculations that we have.

Yes, I've heard from that ...
I've just heard in radio, there's another energy project running in the NL: they try to gain energy from
cars driving on motorways, ... the project is already for some years on and it's most likely
to work out. Cool just think on how many motorways there are ...
