Being in the 'Oversized gallery', I want to show two really oversized stitches.
Both are stitched with Hugin/Enblend.

Apo-Rodagon N 4.0/105mm mounted to D700

Three trees

Nikkor AIS 1.2/50mm also with D700

Silver Strand

#1 is a stunningly fine photo with superb detail and composition.
Well deserves the oversized post, this is one of those photos you
really must see large size.

Thanks a lot for your kind comments, Trifox, Attila, Vilhelm and F16SUNSHINE.

I agree, that #1 is better composed than #2, but I like the details (the sheep) in #2 very much myself.

Did a mistake in opening a new thread in the cafe. Don't know, how to move the post to the correct thread.

Thanks! Hiked about 25 km through that snowy nature-reserve with the D700 and just two lenses (Rodagon 105 and Nikon 24). Foggy light resulted in almost monochrome pictures, so I decided to remove the colour completely.

It's a pity, that you had to lock the 'Play'-Thread,
