I discoverd this beautiful valley this weekend:
Seidelwinkeltal (near Rauris - Nationalpark Hohe Tauern).
Very clode to my home but I heve never heard of it before.
There's a very long path through the woods till one
finally ends up in this very silent open valley...

- Flektogon 20/2.8 MC (2 exceptions
Tak 85/1.8 and SMC 28/2.0, see discriptions
under the photographs)

- some of this photographs are stiched

Tobias

Your usual very very high standard of scenery - both photographically and from Nature's viewpoint

Wow, the usual SUPERLATIVE sceneries!
All of them excellent, it's easier to say the one that I don't like much (#8, I miss the point of that photo).
The number 1, 7 and 9 are worth to be in the best photo book about Austria landscape!

Wow, another high standard series! #5 makes it for me, well placed lens flare adds to composition.

Wonderful landscape too, I look forward to more photos from this location. I can only guess how beautiful it will be later in the winter.

Hi Tobias,

your are enviable. To live in such an area where others stay for their holidays only for few days. When I view your pics I can smell the fresh air. Asked my wife whether we should go for some days to Seefeld/Tyrol. Hopefully my minister of finance says yes. Rolling Eyes

Great pics as usual.

Wonderful series, as is to be expected.
I realize that every time I write about your pictures, I use words like 'marvellous, wonderful, magnificent, outstanding'. How boring! But what else can I write?

Best
Thomas

I'll get the Kenkyo fisheye tomorrow and will try it out at once, if it doesn't rain too much.

I think the mountains were my first reason why I went back from Holland to Austria.

Seefeld sounds nice, ... it's quite a snow-safe place ...

I'm really diggin' the SMC shots against direct sunlight; such great flare resistance.

#4, is that K 28/2.0? Or was there really a 20/2.0 ?? That is my favorite shot.

Oh thanks, my mistake !
It was the SMC K 28/2.0. K20/2.0 even does not exist ...

Cheers
