Anybody knows feedback about it?

It uses a CMOS sensor. Which makes me curious.
Only 1800 dpi, but for web galleries is enough. If I want to print then I just print from the negative!
And, it's cheap!!

I can't say anything about this specific model but when I was shopping around for scanners these upright models came up quite often. This one seems to boast around the same specs. The general consensus was that these are just plain awful even for quick scans.

From what I've seen of that type they're awful for any discerning use, but they're aimed at the family snapshot market, where HQ isn't needed. Low quality web use would be ok.
