Orio: It's a result of several factors: Overexposure (I have two sets - first one which is a bit underexposed /4-12s/, but closer to optimum and second one, which is overexposed /25-30s/, but has a bit better composition. Now I see 12-20s should be optimal. I have no experience with taking these night exposures, so this one was kind of first try...). The second factor is change of the sky color - at beginning it was a bit warmer and later it got cooler, but not as much as on the picture. And the last factor (but with smaller influence) is white balance.
This one is the least exposured (25s) of the second set - still quite agreesive, but slight difference is visible:
