Many thanks to Carsten for letting me buy this lens - I'd been after one for a while and this one was worth the wait.

On with the show...

This angler caught a trout ten minutes later - just as I was changing lenses. Uggerb.




All these were taken at f:16, as that's the way I'd be using it most often.

Thanks, guys. I would say the forum software's darkened them by ~1/2 stop on upload. In PS they are definitely right. Something to be aware of for the future.

These are really nice. Seems an excellent lense. Knowing how to use it helps.
