Sorry for short DOF, I'll have to retake the picture with a tripod.
From left to right:

- Jupiter-11 (Sonnar 4/135 copy) made in year 1973
- Jupiter-12 (Biogon 2.8/35 copy) made in year 1962
- Kiev-4a camera with Jupiter-8 (Sonnar 2/50 copy) made in year 1974

What a beautiful set!
I love my J8 and J12! Longer lenses I do not need on a rangefinder cam. _________________ Personal forum activity on pause every now and again (due to job obligations)!

Graham, the Kiev is very affordable. A working camera + the Jupiter-8 costs 30-40 Euros, and the other lenses that you see, I paid less than 100 Euros for all three of them! I mean the Jupiter-9, Jupiter-11 and Jupiter-12.
If you think that the Jupiter-9 for reflex costs alone 100 Euros...
As for the joy... when I shoot with these full-metal rangefinders, I feel like I am really photographing!
I don't know how to explain otherwise or better, but I am sure you understand! _________________ Orio, Administrator

Wise move!!
It's so dirty cheap, and such good quality (both camera and the lenses), that every serious member of this forum should have one!
The standard lens (Jupiter-8 ) almost always comes with the camera, and if it doesn't, is costs 10-20 Euros, but it makes images so beautiful, it's hard to believe! _________________ Orio, Administrator

Very nice.
I'm trying to resist another RF cam at the moment, since I've not even used the Zorki yet. I know as soon as I use it I'll want more lenses for it and then those lenses will fit a Kiev and before I know it I'll be wanting a Contax, and it all starts with a Zorki ... _________________ Dave - Moderator

really?
Maybe it's because I got used to the nightmare of loading a roll into the Pentacon 6... but the Kiev and Contax now seem like a breeze to me _________________ Orio, Administrator

It was not really a problem, only the fact that the camera I got first did not have the proper takeup spool inside.
Bill was so kind to donate me two proper spools from a set he bought for himself. _________________ Orio, Administrator
