Nationalpark "Hohe Tauern", Salzburg/Austria

Panoramas tooken on a very dull day (between 12-30 frames each).
All done with manual SMC A 20/2.8.
(watch/search the people to get an idea about the scale of the scenery)

very dramatic landscape (especially in B&W ) very big waterfall , i wish we had some here.

Laughing Thanks for the nice feedback !

I choosed B&W for those series because colors on this day were really more than bad and because I am just practising converting with different techniques. Normally I never do B&W conversions on landscape shots - anyhow the contrasty subject fits to it and makes is more dramatic than it actually is ...

It was a very difficult subject for B&W conversion - a lot of small textured parts, that without colour can look confusing in the whole. You did pretty well in my opinion.

Those are the "Krimmler Wasserfälle" at the border Salzburg/Tyrol.
With a total hight of 380m they are the largest waterfalls in Austria. Quite an impressive scenery at the moment - because of the melting snow massas.
