I'm actually busy with disassembling an old Pentax ME-Super to use its screen in my K10D. This indeed involves cutting it but I think it will be well worth the effort.

you mean FOCUSING SCREEN ?

I have been using a CONTAX split screen for a long long time!

Gives me thought - one poster there mentions OM screens; I have a couple of them kicking around. I wonder how close they are to the Pentax size.

One of my OM-1's has had a Pentax MX screen in it for years; so at least for THAT Pentax, they're so close they're interchangeable.
