Last week I had the opportunity to visit Lisbon for one hour.
Not that much for a big city like this. But I'll be back. Shocked

Thank you all for your warm comments Smile
I could hardly select keepers, because this old town and the people impressed me so much.

The Hollywood was a good choice, since I could only travel with one lens.

@Lazzaros
I'll check this later Smile

We have a greta MF lenses section on forumfotografia.net now Smile 2 months ago anyone talked about MF lenses in Portugal. Now we have many people interested.

Take a look.

(Attila sorry for promotion. I only did this because this is a portuguese forum and not an international one.)

It's because Erhard Glatzel (late senior engineer at Zeiss) created this unique (and a bit "delirating") lens from the starting point of a Zeiss movie lens made for Arriflex system.

Wonderful lens, wonderful series. I once worked there for several months - lived out at the Casino, dined in Caiscais. Brought back the memories. Thanks

i am in love with this lense images..
specially in the way you shot it.
if i were to shoot city life with streets buzzing with activity, this output is sure feels like movie shots..

"Delirating"? What does that mean, Orio?

In his original projects, he employed a glass that did not even exist! Smile

Thanks Orio for explaining !

I'll play a concert August '09 in Jena, hopefully I can have time to make an excursion to the Zeiss factory Wink and learn some more ...

Cheers
