I think the Electro has a warmer touch with color film than the Konica S2.
The S2 is a very sharp and classic B+W shooter.
I prefer the contrast from the Yashinon when using color neg/slides

Only for comment, I prefer the sharpness and, in slide films, I shot at zone 6, taking meter in -1 (except clare sand, salt at sun, or snow at sun; zone 7). But in taste's questions. . . . . . .

These scanned very well, with the first one from Provia scanning exceptionally well...I have an inconsistent nature of results from the V700, so I am happy when it goes right for a change!
1st shot - Provia - Scanned at 4800dpi just for the heck of it (greens are dynamite with Provia)
Sharpened at Low Pass with NIK Sharpen program
2nd shot - Provia - 2400dpi
No sharpening
I am amazed at the resolving power of the Yashinon 1.7...the foam tendrils in the water, even in the dark areas, are simply as detailed as it gets!
3rd shot - Reala - 2400dpi (greens go a very slight blue with Reala; scanning is smooth)
Slight Unsharp Mask in PShop at 35/1/0
2400dpi makes about 40MB files
4800MB makes about 82MB files

It's a cheap cam - as the classic rf that it is. It has a great lens, with a touch that the summicron M 50 (firts not collapsible) had. Buy it, someday, will be pleasant for you. Sure.

Be very careful about the shutter.
With this model I have found the shutter blades can be quite f'd up if it sits too long.
The camera is a very nice user. Similar in size and weight to the electro.
It has a mechanical shutter rather than electronic. This of course allows full manual operation which can be an advantage.
