Please feel free to ask if you have more questions.
I have rebuilt many dozens of these cameras now.

So great samples Larry. I have been unlucky with my copy of this camera.
The seller offered me to keep it after servicing, but I can not commit to such a unsure plan.

Is there any differences between the yashinon DX and the COLOR-yashinon DX (late model)?

Usually, when makers use the word "color" to label a lens, it means better apochromatic correction. In other words, better suited for shooting colour film.

Hi, Orio

I see you're OK. Well.

Thanks, I asked because in some cases "color" is a market's words.

I of course can not exclude that in the case of your lens this is also a marketing label only... who knows.

Hi Guys
In the case of the Electro.
The Color DX is just a marketing thing.
The word color was added to the second Generation "GS" model.
The G model was the only that had the "color" missing from the lens trim ring.
I feel like a bit of a geek to know this silly camera so well. Laughing
