Windows 7 64 bits
Firefox 11.0 and 12.0
Drag and drop doesn't function

This is a 1508ko picture, 3508x2479
Upload button :
/var/www/vhosts/mflenses.com/subdomains/forum/httpdocs/userpix/20125/1176_test_impr_lr3_bis_1.jpg does not exist

With a 323ko picture, 600x900 it works !

Maybe a matter of file weight or image size ?

Same photo, 800x1200, 598ko. It works.

Same photo, 1024x1536, 966ko, it works

1200x1800, 1323ko
it fails !
/var/www/vhosts/mflenses.com/subdomains/forum/httpdocs/userpix/20125/1176_5DMk2Tamron_SP_500mm_F8_20120430_079d_1.jpg does not exist

Same photo, 1800x2700, 2973ko
it fails
/var/www/vhosts/mflenses.com/subdomains/forum/httpdocs/userpix/20125/1176_5DMk2Tamron_SP_500mm_F8_20120430_079c_1.jpg does not exist

Now too I am getting the "does not exist" error
with both Chrome and Firefox

only the first image loads, after it, I get does not exist
with both drag and drop, and upload picture methods.

I think you did find bug, I will fix it soon, thanks!

PostPosted: Mon May 28, 2012 5:20 pm    Post subject: Reply with quote

From my machine, Windows 7 Home Premium, i5-2410M 2.3GHz, 6 GB RAM, Commodo Dragon the regular upload and the Java Drag'n'Drop work.

PostPosted: Mon May 28, 2012 5:30 pm    Post subject: Reply with quote

Key is image size under 1024px server side program imagemagick don't touch it, so upload works above size resize it , but not works right now , until it is fixed use 1024px wide images

I'm clueless why it handles pictures from different browsers differently. Shocked

It doesn't.

I had the same error using IE9 or Firefox.
Under 1024 ok, over 1024 failure.

I didn't read all the posts so sorry if this has already been mentioned. Seems like some of the pictures (but not all) that were posted yesterday 28.5 are not showing. My blurry Sonnar pictures from the Contax G 90 - X-Fujinon 100 - Nikkor 105 thread are one example.
