Today I couldn't switch mode on my Pentax 645 it was always in manual mode and I couldn't change shutter speed. Manual said I have to replace lithium battery. Is this happened with anybody before ?

Not happened to me specifically with a P645, but several cameras will default to one speed in manual mode if the battery goes down.
I think my M645 will only fire at 1/60th with a dead battery.

Yes, this happens occasionally. Seems that the average is about 5 years, although many 645s go a lot longer before having to replace the lithium battery.

You can do it yourself, even though Pentax recommends sending the camera in. Shocked

Just be sure to have the main camera switch "on", so that when you take out and replace the lithium battery, you don't lose the power to the LED. If you don't turn the main switch on, then you could possibly lose the "base battery power" (I don't know what they actually call it) and have to send to Pentax for reprogramming.

I did take out both batteries to get reset , because it did n't work. Now works fine with same batteries. I will look for a new one and replace it.

Finally I found what did happen. Nothing was wrong with camera , battery replacement wasn't necessary everything was normal.

I didn't realize camera goes to "A" mode only if film already inside, due I did try camera always with film. When I saw problem film was already exposed and forwarded to it's end. I would use as a light meter for my folder and I couldn't due obvious reason film was ended camera did stop working even light meter wasn't work what is normal just I didn't know that.
