mmm... it is very impressive how these cinema lenses perform in digital photo... but far as impressive like the infinite sadness that is possible to feel in the eyes of the prisoner (2nd shot), it makes me wonder how much more suffering we, as human beings, have to infringe to the rest of animals just because they are not human animals.
Pain is pain, suffering is suffering, feelings are feelings and justice is justice, no matter if we are male or female, the color of our skin or if we walk over two legs or four.
I´m just feeling loud, sorry for that, but I can´t be quiet in front of the abuse. How we would feel if those eyes and hands were our eyes and hands??
No justice in this world, just the law of the stronger, but maybe we can change, now, I hope...

Hello Emi007, thank you very much for your offering, if you give me your permission I would send that picture to some animal rights defense groups.
Also it would be nice that you explain us what is behind that shot, I´m thinking about that "uncomfortable truth".
I think that other world is possible, and maybe we can put our small grain of sand, everyone of us...
Thank you again.

Hello emi do you think that any cine lens 16mm may fit on 4/3 olympus and bring infinity focus or only for focal greater than 75mm

is this ektanon becomes 102 x 2 on your olympus e410
thanks
sylvain

sbaruche:
Your understanding or is untenable my experience is the mount data only takes the reference,
The key is the lens final glass and sensitimeter's distance and Image's formation area Size

patrickh:Thanks Laughing Laughing

so any c mount 16 mm on an M42 mount adapter would be able to focus at infinity ? and a 25 mm focal on a 4/3 would become a 50mm
thanks

PostPosted: Sun Jun 01, 2008 5:29 pm    Post subject: Reply with quote

Right, so long as meets the condition( the lens final glass and sensitimeter's distance) would be able to focus at infinity Wink

Very sharp and smooth rendering, even with digital equipment back from 2008. I wonder how this lens works with a modern camera.
