I just purchased two Helios 77m-4 lenses for less than 15$. Does anyone knows something about this lens?

You could see some about it here.

They are at good condition?

Thank you for the link. The seller says that lenses are clean but I'll wait to see for myself. This is the pic that i've been shown

I think that you've got a bargain. I've got one but I haven't really used it much. However I think that it's very sharp. There's a test somewhere (this forum ?) comparing 5-6 "50s" and I think it comes out well.

The lenses arrived yesterday. They look ok, no scratches on glass but dirt inside (i've seen even a small bug in between the lens groups) and focus extremely stiff. Also they are auto, no manual aperture Sad Looks like i have to glue the pin. Anyway, after i clean them i'll post some samples

What camera will you be using them onto?
There are flanged adaptors that will keep the pin pressed. They are usually cheap.

Instead of glue you can use that trick : http://chris.stingray.free.fr/Tuto/Modif_H44M4/Pinoche_H44M-4.html

Traded one of 77M for a Helios 81M with f-mount. It needs cleaning. Also the mounting plate is too deepen, looks like i have to take off couple of mm from the diaphragm ring in order to be able to mount it on my nikon. I got the same problem on a Vivitar.
