They probably used an abrasive liquid or something. I usually keep mine very clean with just a dry, eyeglass cloth.

Good condition and eBay should display a "warning, offensive content, are you sure you want to...", I don't want to see what calls him average or bad condition.

And still, somehow it will sell for a ridiculous price considering condition. It bears the magic words!

I have Pentacon 100mm and Pancolar 80mm f1.8 with same coating damage on rare. It looks awful , but didn't impact picture quality , hard to believe it I know.

3 bids already thanks to people which don't know how to buy on auctions.
It'll go for a stellar price anyway, given the conditions.

And after that it sold for £109. This is outrageous and why sometimes lenses prices get inflated. Pure online fraud but all you have to say is "ITEM RELISTED DUE TO A NON PAYING BIDDER", right!

Mother of idiots always pregnant ... I see no cheating in bid history , except final bid all was 0-2% related to seller. Final bid was private so may seller itself he wasn't happy with 100 UKP

I always quit bidding on items if I feel something is wrong
