I was playing around with wide-appertures-use vs panorama-composing again.
The distinct sharpnes on the main subject naturally leads the eye to it, ... but I am not sure if a small apperture use would have been better though.
What do you think ?
both shots done @f4 with the Travenar 90mm. stiched from about 12-16 shots each.
Cheers

Thanks! yes, absolutly true.
Problem was, sun was down very low already - would have needed a ISO 600 or more for f9.
Another reason to get a Pentax K-5
Cheers

Think about Sony-NEX ISO just good as than Pentax K5 or almost good as and you can mount much more lens on it. _________________ -------------------------------

first one is great, but #2 would be better with smaller aperture IMO too... I think noise wouldn't be evident with so many photos stitched together if that's what you were afraid of |

I didn't thought about Sony NEX so far, ... but I think all my Pentax A lenses would not be "A" anymore.
I really need the "A"-function when I use flash (and my flashguns anyway would not work on the Sony ).
both cameras would be the best solution
Cheers
