Today I got this pre-war lightmeter after 70 yrs still working and looks 2 yrs old... I am curious is it accurate or not. Any experience ?

Does not surprise me - selenium cells are usually either accurate or entirely dead.

Besides, it most likely is post-war, probably early fifties - early ones had neither that zip case nor a dual aperture scale.

I have paperwork for that in "pengo" our currency changed after war in 1946 to "Forint". In price list I found zip case as extra so must be pre-war.

Many of those old handheld selenium meters still work very well, compared to their camera-mounted counterparts, which are exposed a lot.

(personal theory)
Selenium cells do diminish with use, so a meter that's only used occasionally will last for a long time.
