Nice shots Tobias.

Is the guitar an Ovation ?

They all are very nice.

I recognize the pretty girl in number 2 even from behind.

The 85mm/1.8 seems a special lense. I very much like it. I wonder how it compares with the jupiter-9 that I'm strongly contemplating.

@Olivier

Honestly I have no idea ...
I don't know those two guys too, they were playing quite bad and fortunately that does not transform to the photographs Smile

Great series, Tobbs, and agree, they keep getting better! The guitar doesn't have the Ovation logo
(at least what I see in the US) on the tuning box, but looks like it has the rounded back of an Ovation. The
tuning box looks quite similar to Ovation . Maybe for Europe the logo is
a little different.(?)

Obviously !!!

Very Happy

It's a long time since I saw Ovation's guitars (in the 80s...).
So it seems to be this great brand, and that logo differs in US from what we have in Europe.

Thanks for the info.

@Schnauzer
definitly, ... there is nothing better from Asahi you can get than the 85/1.8 from all 85mm.
Best version would be the SMC K 85/1.8 which is same from building as the Tak (I compared those two, really no difference) but with PK mount, so you can use it on a PK mount camera without getting the viewfinder darker when stopping down.

Tobbs, need to weigh in again and say that #2 is a most excellent catch!
Is that the missus providing a spot of color in the foreground? Excellent
catch there too, if it is. Wink Smile

... yes Bill, that red spot is my Dutch wife. She's doing a lot of mountain climbing with me, although she is grown up on a place in Holland with is flatter than a pancake and even under sea-level Smile

Yes, #2 is a textbook example of how to shoot with a 20.
