I could not see any difference easily except FoV is wider for Makro-Planar despite
this lens seems to have deeper DoF than ML 100/3.5 macro lens. Interesting too.
So once again, grab Yashica ML100/3.5 macro if you can.

I have not much used this Yashica lens so far, but it is very nice indeed.
It was almost comparable to C/Y Sonnar 100/3.5 I thought, now MP100/2!!

excellent sharp lens, but somewhat prone to flare, as may be seen from the 2nd shot outside:

So I have to try calling him "Mike", maybe he follows more then...
I just took out the Yashica Macro 2.8/60mm which I have since quite some time and will also give it a try. Do you have that too?

Yashica AF macro 2.8/60, which is very rare unfortunately. This AF
macro 60/2.8 is better than Y/C macro 60mm every one says in japan(?)

Y/C macro 2.8/60, though I do not have this Y/C 60mm macro lens.
