Lens replacement program

I guess we have many unused and unsellable lenses. Perhaps interesting to replace them between members. For example I have Tamron 80-210mm f3.8
and Tamron 28mm f2.5 Jupiter 21 etc I can't sell them more than 10 GBP. No way to sell them for this price, but if I can replace with anybody for a different lens what lens has same low market price that would be a deal for me. What you think about this ?

I offer as replacement lens the next ones:

Jupiter-2-1M 200mm f/4
Tamron 80-210mm f3.8
Tamron 28mm f2.5
Vivitar 24mm f2.8
and many more if seems everybody like my idea.

For a Soligor C/D 75-205 (Nikon-mount, both caps and original box) and a Revuenon-Spezial 2.8/135 (only rear cap) in good resp. very good condition.

Thanks, Attila.

Thank you too mate! I really excited about Soligor zoom, you made awesome examples with that.

I have the following lenses sitting here (if someone is interested I could of course provide a photo ...)

a) MC SOLIGOR ZOOM MACRO 85-205mm C/D F:3.8 (62mm)
Mount: says K/AR at the bayonet - condition: optically and mecahnically
quite well ... focusing/zooming ok, diaphragmn ok, however I see
something on the inside surface of the rear element that might be
a developing fungu. And, strangely enough, on one internal lens
there seems to be a cirsular scratch about 1/3rd of the lens but near
the rim so I would guees "no optical influence".

b) HANNO 1:2.5 f=28mm
Mount ... unknown Smile ... Condition ok, focusing and dia ok

c) PORST weitwinkel MC 1:2.8 35mm auto F (55mm)
Mount ... unknown ... Condition ok (small dent a filter ring), focusing and dia ok

d) AUTO MAKINON MC ZOOM f=1:3.5 80-200mm (58mm)
Mount: says MI at the side - optical condition ok, zooming, focussing and dia ok - however the focus ring and the front tubus part are a little but "wobbly". Special: the multi-coating is showing some intriguing color play when looking sideways on it Smile

e) Vivitar 85-205mm 1:3.8 AUTO ZOOM (58mm)
Mount: says M/SR at the side - optical condition ok, zooming, focussing, dia ok - however all rubber on the focusing and zoom rings did disappear ...

f) "dunnowhat" 70-210mm, Macro 1:5, f4 (not sure if fixed or rather 4-5.6)
Mount: says OM at the side - optical condition ok, zooming, focussing, dia ok (8 dia blades) ... again fancy color play of the coating Smile

I could trade this Soligor C/D 28mm 1:2 (M42 screw) to almost any Minolta MD or Tamron (adaptall2) lens.

How about a Tamron 80-210mm f3.8-4.8 103A without adaptall mount as replacement ? Lens mint like new comes without caps.

Didn't arrive today (Saturday), so I have to be patient and wait for Monday or Tuesday. It's not too hard to wait, since we have a rainy weekend. Wink

How much is it? I should save money for my first dsrl...

PostPosted: Sun Jul 29, 2007 4:17 pm    Post subject: Reply with quote

60 EUR +shipping 17 EUR. Not very common lens this is the third one what I saw here. Look around on Ebay and perhaps some Russian seller sell brand new lens like rugift.com. Let me know what is your choice I will go on Monday to local photo shop.

Attila, the Jupiter-21 arrived safely today, just as the weather turns to the better.

It seems to be a very nice lens. Thanks a lot!
