Velvia certainly rendered deep neon green here! Shocked And, as a
color-wheel opposite from the green, a rich blue.

I did not manipulate this except for USM at 30/1/0. Velvia is the culprit! Laughing
Increased the exposure time in order to mix the colors in
the blue water, and to reduce details in the water.

I wanted this to be a "tone" image, with minimal amounts of
primary colors to achieve a somewhat graphical effect, and
Velvia certainly helped me to get there.

Alpine Moss Fields at Snowline
Pentax 645
f:16 and 2 seconds exposure (ND8 filter)
Velvia 50, of course

Excellent graphic picture. Color match simply superb. Velvia rules, I must definitely give it a try sooner or later.

Wow! Thanks for the comments! I appreciate them.

Yes, good old Velvia sure does have its place, especially in producing deep hues of blues and reds.

You achieved your goal perfectly, stunning shot with "unreal" colors.
