I bought this on ebay



but as it arrived, i noticed there's parts missing - the mount/bottom half of focusing ring, also the aperture ring is loose. So it's broken with parts missing, although it was supposed to be in good condition.. what should I do?

I agree. For the seller to say she knows nothing about cameras isn't any sort of excuse especially as she described it as being in 'good condition'. Good condition doesn't mean bits are missing.
