That's for my tast an example how a 16mm lens is perfectly used ...

That is just perfect.

Perfect mix of subject, angle and equipment. Nice sky effect too. Polarizer or PP ?

Thanks for the comments.

This was two exposures combined and tone mapped in photomatix (HDR), then converted to BW.

Here's a similar shot in color with a 135mm f3.5 nikkor. I liked the wide BW much better..
