We should post pics from a favorite lens? Well, okay. Here are a few from a trip to Utah last May. We went back to Utah in December, but I didn't bring the 25-50. I usually only travel with two or three lenses. In May, I had the 25-50, a Nikkor 20/3.5 UD, and Nikon Series E 75-150/3.5. In December I brought a Nikkor 20/3.5 Ai-S, 28/2 Ai, and Tokina 100/2.8D Macro.
I was originally going to delete this uninspired shot of the Park City shoe tree, but decided it was a great example of CA. Well, actually, lack of CA.
I just liked the colorful umbrellas and had planned to come back and get some better shots, but we were in a hurry that day and didn't make it back.
A boardwalk over a marsh, Park City, Utah. The sun was grazing the big front element (72mm filter) and I got a faint green blob I didn't notice before. This happens sometimes, but is really only troublesome if I let the front element collect dust.
Bryce Canyon National Park, Utah.
