Yes great photos. I must try mine again! Of course a lens or camera is only as good as the person using them. Well done.
Resurrecting the name is only that. You are not bringing these old lenses back, they are not the same, and the new manufacturer is unlikely to copy the designs of these old lenses. The high retail price of these modern 'fakes' could have the effect of driving up the prices of the original lenses.
Steinheil and Meyer were good manufacturers of optics for the contract market, chosen because they produced good quality goods consistently and well. They couldn't compare with Zeiss or Leitz for quality but they had a much larger share of the market back in the day.

I is quite good but has quite some focus shift. If you want a REALLY good UV lens, get the 5.6/80mm EL-Nikkor enlarger lens (the older chrome/black version ONLY!)

Thank you! Unfortunately I don't have any of the others mentioned, so I can't compare them myself. I have a couple of Cassar and Cassarit enlarging lenses... but all of those are slower if I remember correctly!
