This one really caught my eye Click here to see on Ebay.

I got mine in April for way less than this.

For that price a person could probably buy a used Canon FD 85mm f/1.2L or a Nikkor 85mm f/1.4. I would think they are both better lenses than the Helios. I know the Helios is a nice lens, but that is just getting silly.

Possibly somewhere in the world, there's a guy with a stock of Helios 40 lenses, and he bids up the market - kind of like a Bunker Hunt of MF Smile
