I'm guessing it's one of the many branded Japanese 400mm presets.

Yes, I was having a look at those recently. It's almost sure to be one of those, or a variation.

Generic Japanese 300mm pre-set, Accura or Lentar are likely brands.

I'm trying to buy one of this style.
