Today i have got a novoflex tamron. It works with a pistol grip. It is a fast focussing system. Has anyone experience with this system?

Not that particular one, which Novoflex used the Tamron SP lens for. It's a very good lens to start with and Novoflex turned it into a world-beater with the slide-focus.

I have the Pigriff-C with 400 and 600mm lens heads and find them really very good on crop cam. The system is incredible, being as fast as modern AF when you have a bit of practice. I'd suggest going along to a motor race or some athletics event and just practice with the follow-focus until you get the right reflex in your fingers. The only real drawback to the system is the tendency to focus the wrong way and miss a shot. Practice gets rid of this.
